the park and the transfer of certain roads to the village.

Westchester County Act authorizing Westchester County to enter into an
agreement with the Westchester County Health Care Corporation (WCHCC) from January
1, 2010 to December 31, 2013 whereby the County would station 3 employees from
the Department of Social Services at WCHCC on a full-time basis.

the Honorable Kenneth Jenkins or, in his absence the Honorable Martin L.
Rogowsky the authority to cast all votes allotted to Westchester County at the
